Registration Fee

  • For academics with a full-time or continuing position: $115
  • For students, part-time faculty, and independent scholars: $75

Please note: The registration fee is only required for those who are presenting a paper at ICAF, not the general public. This fee also includes Thursday luncheon at the Inn at USC.

The Inn at USC is the official location of the ICAF Conference. It provides complimentary hot breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking along with a microwave and refrigerator in every room. The hotel shuttle will be available to transport attendees to locations around campus (such as restaurants), but does not provide service to airport.

A block of rooms is being held for ICAF participants. Please inquire via phone (not online) and identify yourself as part of ICAF to inquire about available rooms. A major credit card number must be provided to guarantee reservations.

  • Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) is located less than 10 miles from the conference venue. Please note that the Inn at USC does not provide an airport shuttle, but taxis are available at the airport, including: Blue Ribbon Taxi Company (803-754-8163); Capitol City Cab (803-794-2225); and Checker Yellow Cab (803-799-3311).
  • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), located 1.5 hours from Columbia, typically offers more direct flights and airline options. The Columbia Charlotte Shuttle can provide express ground transportation to and from the airport for $55 per adult one way.
